Our Qualifications

David W. Osborne is an Independent Financial Advisor and an OSJ supervisor with SWS  Financial Services and is also President of Osborne Advisors Incorporated.

David started his career with Morgan Stanley in 1997 as a Financial Advisor specializing in financial, retirement and college planning as well as strategic equity and income investing.

Currently David owns and operates a practice offering a broad range of financial services managing over $70 million in assets and an OSJ branch office in excess of $100 million.  He is registered as a General Securities Representative, a General Securities Principal, and an Equity Trader with FINRA and is registered as an Agent in various states.  Passed the qualification exams: Series 7, 24, 31, 55, 63, 65, Group 1 life and health.

David graduated in 1994 from Texas State University with BBA in Finance. While attending Texas State, David received a golf scholarship and was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

David has lived in Texas for 20 years, he attends the St. Thomas Aquinas church and is a volunteer coach for the Highland Park High School hockey team. He participates in many recreational sports leagues throughout the Dallas area.
